This site (collectively, the “Site”) is “operated by the Sales Leadership Initiative (collectively, “us” or “we”). User Conduct
You understand that except for advertising programs offered by us on the Site, the Site is available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Site will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.

The Sales Leadership Initiative's trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or site in any manner that is likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Sales Leadership Initiative. All other trademarks not owned by the Sales Leadership Initiative that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by the Sales Leadership Initiative. Governing Law; Venue and Jurisdiction
By visiting or using the Site and/or the Site, you agree that the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Sales Leadership Initiative or any of our affiliates.
Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use, including the Sales Leadership Initiative Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Sales Leadership Initiative regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Sales Leadership Initiative relating to your use of the Site.
